• Thicker axle flange with larger radii in all critical areas
• Bearing area increased to 1.7735″
• Tapered axle shaft resists bending loads
• Forged from low carbon, high manganese, high nickel, and high molybdenum steel
• Majority of machining performed before heat treat to provide consistent hardness
• Thru hardened to Rc 45-48 to maximize the material’s torsional strength
• Finish machined after heat treat to ensure accuracy
• Choice of 28, 30, 33, or 35 spline based on application

• Billet aluminum inner and outer halves
• Timken® tapered 1.772″ ID unit bearings
• Locking collars
• Inner & outer seals

• Two studs with locking nuts & washers- Maybe required to clear shock mounts

Choice of 5/8″ Bolt Style Stud Kit – A1027S / A1027 / A1027L
• 5/8″-18 x 3″ Grade 8 fully threaded bolts *
• Thin .200″ hex head provides additional clearance
• Width choice of anti-marring/spacer washers
• Includes threaded sleeves, installation tool & flanged lug nuts
